So maybe you’ve got the planning covered leading up to your big day. I understand this can be enjoyable and important for lots of couples. However I know on the day, once all your hard work is complete, the last thing you want to be doing is worrying about the execution of those plans. Hand over your management to me, and I will be there to ensure that the only thing on your mind is marrying the love of your life. Preparing for on the day coordination starts 6 weeks prior to your big day. I will carefully review all your current plans with you, and make sure we have a comprehensive wedding day schedule in place. I will take over supplier liaison, venue set up – and will always come prepared on the day with my emergency kit (you’ll be surprised what you might need!). On the day coordination includes: Free initial in person or video chat consultation with the team Email and phone support and advice along the way 6 weeks prior: Review of all of your current plans 6 weeks prior to your wedding date Full handover of all supplier and venue coordination/communication to us Building of a comprehensive wedding day schedule Regular updates on progress as and when required On the day: On the day management to make sure everything runs smoothly right up to your first dance Set up and styling of your personal wedding décor (e.g. favours, place names, table plan etc) Supplier liaison and accepting deliveries on the day (e.g. wedding cake, flowers etc) Meeting and greeting guests On the day time-keeping and relevant announcements Coordination of wedding changeover from ceremony to wedding breakfast (if applicable) Coordination of wedding changeover from wedding breakfast to evening reception Plus we will have our emergency kit at hand - plasters, sewing kit, mints, safety pins etc (you'll be surprised what you may need!)
